Yesterday marked the release of my friend Crystal's handbook on punchneedle rug hooking!

I met Crystal over a decade ago when she was first getting into baking. From there, we become fast friends, working together on weddings (including her own!) and I always found myself supporting her baking biz at the local markets and marking special occasions with her wonderful cakes!

Over the last few years she has transitioned from baking to making! With deep roots in rug hooking, it was only a natual step for Crystal, who's creativity is just beyond.

I was so honoured when Crystal asked me to photograph some lifestyle/product photos for the filler/interior of the book! We spent a day last April making these images and I'm so stoked to finally be able to share them with the world upon the release!

I could not be more proud of my friend and this book that she created!
